Although there are plenty of awards for dealerships, those mostly come from industry associations or similar organizations – while this award comes from feedback provided by our customers. Since our focus is always on ensuring our customers are completely happy with their time spent with us, this is the award we’re proudest of.

What Is the Consumer Satisfaction Award?

The 2022 Consumer Satisfaction Award that we’ve earned was presented by DealerRater, a leader in offering customers a platform for reviewing car dealerships. DealerRater has been around since 2002, and over the last 20 years, they’ve grown to include more than 7 million reviews from customers. The Consumer Satisfaction Award is based on those reviews; in order to win this award, a dealership has to have at least 25 customer reviews in the last year, with an average minimum star rating of 4.0 out of 5.0 (we have a 4.7), and then must be within the top 10% of US franchise dealerships based on their PowerScore. In other words, to win this, we have to stay busy and make sure our customers are very happy.
