This is why I chose to purchase my Chevy truck at Guntersville Chevrolet. Thursday I experienced a loud popping noise from the front of my truck. Turns out some type of upper ball joint Control Arm issue. It was not safe to drive. Kevin was very nice and helpful. The dealership was clean and all the people were cordial. The only issue I had, was I had to call to get an update on my vehicles repair. After I was on hold for very short time, it was found to be ready.

Bought my 2022 refresh Trail Boss with 6.2L. Every one knows the 6.2L has some issues but the people at Guntersville have been great and made the experience enjoyable. So much so I bought a new 2026 RST with the baby Duramax. So far I love it and the fuel mileage is incredible. Guntersville Chevy is the real deal of dealers.

In and out quickly! Though "recommended" services were "recommended", no one pushed me to accept them. Look! I get it! We're all working to make money! But the fact remains that these "mileage based" recommendations are, at best, "what ifs", priced insanely for services that one could do themselves for a fraction of the cost!

I needed some new tires installed on my wheels. I reached out and confirmed y'all had the equipment to do it without damaging the wheels. Only thing I'd recommend is making sure the tech is tightening down the lug nuts to spec as some of mine were on the loose side
