Very impressed with Guntersville Chevrolet’s service department on my recent oil change, etc. While I waited with 2 grandkids 11 and 4 they enjoyed the play room, and popcorn. Also available was free cold water and massage chairs. Not only was the wait pleasant, they provide you with a walk through video of the services they provided. They advised on other services needed with an option but no pressure to have them done the same day. If I could give 6 stars I would!! .

Joe & the team at Guntersville Chevrolet are hands down the easiest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They were honest and respectful throughout the entire process, and made my purchase much easier.
Dealership lied to me at time of purchase of a pre-owned 2022 Ford F-150 XLT. I did not receive the warranty that I asked for. And service department gave a wrong diagnosis on repairs in which I had to pay almost $200 for the diagnosis. Service department claims the transmission was inoperable and requested almost $12,000 for replacement. Vehicle was towed to another repair shop to have a second opinion done and upon further inspection the rear end needed to be replaced. Transmission was in tact and working properly.
They are very nice helpful and honest so for that I respect for what they do thank you
We needed a part for our tailgate. Kevin was able to find the part earlier than originally anticipated. It was repaired the next morning after the part arrived!!
Staff was friendly, but very slow and inconsiderate!!totally tried to oversell services. I came in with a specific issue and knew exactly what the problem was. I spent 5 hrs editing in line (?which was not a big issue, I realized other customers had appointments. The mechanic walked through explained in detail the issue and told me the resolution after 8 hrs waiting they gave me a total diagnostic test with every issue my vehicle ma have and told me If I waited an additional 2 hrs they would replace a “sensor”. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. Logan, Joe, and Moody were absolutely fantastic to work with. Most of our communication was handled through text messages with the occasional phone call, which made everything incredibly convenient.
What impressed me most was that I never even had to see the vehicle in person before delivery because I trusted them completely. They went above and beyond by even meeting me halfway for delivery.

Great customer service, as far as maintenance. I experienced a fault after an oil change. Curt was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue, he went on to assure me that things would be rectified to my satisfaction. We are still in the process of getting the issue resolved.
